Southern Alberta area club members enjoyed the weekend training and barbecuing some outstanding AAA Alberta beef with family and friends.

Many Canadians spent their weekend glued to their screens, watching the circus and crossing their fingers hoping that someday superior men will come to fix their problems for them. We prefer to take our fate into our own hands.

Second Sons Canada members gathered in Ottawa, Ontario for a day of striking training with a welcome and unknown bagpiper practicing their craft out of view somewhere in the distance.

The organization is national in scope and has the benefit of many professional athletes current and retired, trainers, fighters, nutritionists, power lifters and just good old fashioned Canadian fellas.

Sons of Northern Alberta out for a rucksack hike with heavy equipment before returning to headquarters for a friends and family gathering.

Great food, drinks, sauna and some spirited contests in the ring left some newer prospective members leaving with big bruises and bigger smiles.

A particularly hard ticket crew, Alberta goes hard, to the surprise of no one. Coast to coast, the boys are back!
